Horton Country Park
Horton Country Park is a 400-acre park with a 3-mile cycle path around the park ideal for young children or new cyclists.
Enjoy the abundant flora, fauna and wildlife as you ride your bikes through the peaceful surroundings of this quiet country park. See the animals at Horton Park Children’s Farm and pass through the golf course – you are safe from low flying golf balls as you will not pass the greens!
Horton Country Park is found north-west of Epsom near Chessington World of Adventures theme park.
Horton Country Park offers a pleasant 3 miles of cycling through ancient woodland.
Start at the car park and turn right. At the track crossroads, continue straight ahead signposted Horseride, Chessington Countryside Walk. Ignore the left turn and when you arrive at the fork in the path with small wooden posts on the right, go right.
At the junction with large concrete slabs, turn right. Go by the pond and golf greens. After a short, gentle ascent, you arrive at a crossroads – turn left. Keep right at the series of forks in the track.
Turn left at the T-junction with the grass track ahead. At the red-tiled house, turn right to return to the car park.

How to get here
Horton Country Park is located north-west of Epsom. From the A24 in the centre of Epsom, head west on West Street, B280 and Christ Church Road before turning right onto Horton Lane. Follow the signs into the park.
